You have access to account
information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, when you call Telebank at
(319) 462-4400 or 1(800) 427-8823. It's easy to use. All you need is a
phone, your account number(s) and your 4-digit personal identification
number (PIN). There is no fee for this service.

| Personal Cash Reserve (Overdraft Protection) | - to top |
| Subject to credit approval, Cash Reserve
enables you to avoid overdrafts. It is a credit line attached to your
checking account, available for use when you need it. Four levels of
credit are available, ranging from $500 to $5,000. Payments of up to
5% of the outstanding balance are automatically deducted from your
account monthly. The finance charge, which is determined by the level
of credit extended, will accrue only on the outstanding principal
balance.

| Customers who are 55+
years of age can enjoy many free benefits when they maintain a total combined deposit

| Automatic Overdraft Protection | - to top |
| This service allows a transfer from
savings automatically to cover any overdrafts incurred on a checking
account which may help to avoid NSF charges and returned checks. A fee
of $3.00 is charged per transfer. (Some account types may have
additional excess withdrawal fees)

| Banking may be done through the mail for
your convenience. If you use our special bank by mail envelopes,
a confirmation receipt will be returned along with envelopes for
the next bank by mail transaction.

| Both domestic and international wire
transfer services are available in addition to ACH Origination
services, for our commercial accounts.

| Automatic Funds Transfer | - to top |
| An Automatic transfer may be established
to move money from one account to another with a pre-determined amount
and frequency. The frequency choices are weekly, bi-weekly,
monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually. There is no charge for
this type of transfer.
